Practice, practice, practice... makes perfect

The Elgin Marbles

In order to practice your active reading and notetaking strategies, you are going to write an essay to answer this question:

Where should the Elgin Marbles be displayed?

First you need to find out about the Elgin Marbles and why there is a question to answer about them.

Wikipedia is a good way to get a general idea of a new subject.
Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elgin_Marbles and read about the Elgin Marbles. Using this notetaking template, write  Who? What? Why? Where? When? and How? questions about the Elgin Marbles.

Because Wikipedia is not considered a reliable source, you must find corroborating evidence on good quality websites or in books when you answer the questions you have written down.

Remember to record the source information as well. This is not the URL, it is the name of the author, the name of the website and when it was published.
