Pakistan Day at ISOI is held on March 17th. For the last four years the 10th grade has organised speakers to present seminars for the other grades in the secondary school. This year we will be organising these seminars again.
We will need 6-8 speakers so that we can divide the students, teaching assistants and teachers into audiences of appropriate size.
Students from previous years developed a checklist for you to work from so that you can see the timeline and activities that are needed to run a successful event.
The first step is to develop a list of people you think we should invite to the event and seek approval from Mr. Martin.
To do this, come up with ideas for people you think we should invite, do some research about them and write a blog post outlining who you propose, their achievements and why they would be a suitable speaker for our event.
Complete the first three columns of this chart for your proposed speaker. Mr Martin will be reviewing your blogposts and granting approval.
