Whole school photo for Yearbook

We have been asked to make some suggestions for the whole school photo this year. We need to have our proposals ready this week. Bring your ideas to class and we will pick our favourite ideas to put forward.

Edit: Please describe your idea in a comment on this post.

  1. I think we should take the picture from the top view as we take every time but, we should change the place. I think we should take whole school picture in the field like we did on Field Day so, the background will be all green because of the grass and the ISOI letters will pop-out and will be focused more. Also, we should give everyone in our school a letter from ISOI and their colors. Like if they got "I" letter then they will have to wear blue shirt and if they got "S" then they should wear pink. So, we will have diiferent letters with different color on a green bcakground.

  2. If you look back at the previous yearbooks, the whole school picture is always the same; students and faculty usually line up as IB/ISOI, i think this time we should like up as 16, as that will be the year this yearbook will be published and it will be unique! The picture should be taken on the field form birds eye view.

  3. We can have the kids making ISOI again. But this time we can have the "I" in blue, "S" in white "O" in blue, and "I" in white. That shows our school's name and the school colors both at a same time. The teachers and staff can make like a circle around the ISOI

  4. We can take panoramic view of the entire school from a position of height. This time we can make students and staff stand in rows such that the row behind is slightly elevated like for example stairs in auditorium.

    1. Where do you think we could take this photo from Aayushi?

  5. What I think is that we take a picture with a drone or some small R/C helicopter rather than have Mr. Romail become spiderman and take a picture from a flimsy platform. Maybe this time we take a picture we can have a picture of all the grades wearing different colors( like separate for each grade) and like a panoramic photo as well.

    1. Do you know anyone with a drone? I wonder if this might constitute a security issue.

Your concern for Mr. Romail's safety is noted.

  6. I think something a whole school photo around something like a playground would look great. We did it with our class in Lahore and it turned out to be a pretty good picture. I don't know if we'll all fit in the playground here but I do think it'll turn out to be a fun-looking picture. The elementary kids can go pose up on the slides and swings and the older students can just fill the space on the ground.
